The manager, Robert, is who caused me to write a review. I had decent experience with this location before, but he was/is amazing. I purchased 4 new tires. While waiting, I watched him speak to every single customer with respect and understanding; not once showing frustration where it would have been rightfully warranted. We have been Tire Discounter patrons since they opened in Milford, Ohio. They have provided the care and repair people we have turned to through three generations of new vehicles. They are honest, and fair in pricing, and knowledgeable of the repairs they make. When we go there we know they will do right by us. Today I went there with noisy brakes, thinking I needed them replaced, but was told I still had 60% of my brakes left and the noise was just rust on the rotors. I am long time patron of Dillinger’s and have referred to others due to the good service. This past weekend the service went south. I called the store in the morning before noon and asked the representative can I bring my truck down today for my wheels to balanced and check my air conditioner. The representative told me to bring in the vehicle and would be finished today. I brought the vehicle in the morning. I thought I was a good, loyal customer, but today, I noticed the bill was a little more than what they quoted me. They have now added on a shop supply fee. It was $26.25. If they had told me ahead of time, I could have decided yes or no, but as it turns out, I went on and paid for it and decided to go somewhere else next time.
I HAD AN APPT @ 830A THIS MORNING IN CHILLICOTHE OHIO N BRIDGE ST FOR 4 TIRE INSTALL/ALIGNMENT + OIL CHANGE AND MY CAR WAS READY IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS. STORE WAS SPOTLESS, EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND THE MANAGER (TERRI) WAS INFORMATIVE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL BE BACK NEXT WEEKEND FOR BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT AND I WILL BE REFERRING ALL FRIENDS + FAMILY MEMBERS TO THIS LOCATION…THANK YOU TIRE DISCOUNTERS & A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO TERRI AND HER CREW!

I was in from out of town and had just gotten something in my driver’s side rear tire that had caused a leak. I took it to them and they fitted me with another tire within an hour. They were really nice and helpful and I was grateful they could do that quickly. Thank you again!
It's been 9 days since I was overcharged for Brake Fluid and Power Steering Service. Two store associates advised "Corporate" would issue me a refund/credit, which was acknowledged the day of service by one of them. Emails I've sent to Main Office have not resulted in any satisfactory response addressing the problem. One voicemail message was left by Corporate, but when trying to return that message, the number left for me is not accepting incoming calls. All talk, no Action.
