The employees are curtious and friendly.The prices are very reasonable.
I have received service at this tire discounters several times and each time I am treated exceptionally well. They go above and beyond. So I plan to take my car there for all of my service needs. They have done things for me that they did not have to and did not charge me for it. I think that is exceptional customer service that you don't normally receive.

I had no issues. John the tech was real nice and we talked about my truck. Les was very courteous and we had good conversation. The place is clean and it was nice to have a snack while I waited. I figured 2 hours for what they were going to do and it actually was just 10 minutes less. I had no issues.
Awesome service !!I came in Saturday 45 min till close and left with a set of Michelin tires and a front end alignment.They stayed and did a great job!!! Very impressed

I had a nail in my tire and wanted to have it repaired/patched. The man at the counter told me it couldn't be done because it was too close to the side. He recommended me buying a new tire or he could top it off with air. I said no thanks and went down to North Georgia Tire & Alignment where guess what?! It was FIXED without me having to buy a new tire. That's right. Patched. Maybe they need more training? I will never go back. Their sign should have been MY warning sign. I was told by my mom that when the time came for me to have anything done, I needed to stop by & I was not disappointed! I only needed a oil change but I was lucky that they looked Alexei(yes I named my car) over from top to bottom, as they caught the fact that my radiator hose is messed up. While I couldn't get it fixed today, the guys did everything possible to tide me over until I can get it fixed Friday. I'd so recommend friends & family to them
They do not treat customers fairly, went in for tire rotation and when I got home my door word not open ,worked fine when I went there ,called to tell them about it,they said bring it back and they would check it ,got a call on my way there and they said tech said it was broken when he tried to get out.If they would check their cameras they would know I got out of my truck with no problems and have never had any. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS
