Have done business with Lane for too many years to count and he's doing a great job training the youngsters like Chad. Have always purchased Michelin LTX's and tried both the Michelin Defender and Premiers on a 2009 Camry we have. Couldn't have been more disappointed in these two series of Michelins than if I tried. Noisy, terrible wear and slick as snot on a road after 20K miles. Not your usual quality from Michelin. Both Lane and Chad convinced me to try a set of Pirellis yesterday, so we'll see. As usual fast, great, reliable service. Had 4 tires replaced. Called Wednesday for a quote. They found the tires, had them shipped Thursday and installed Friday without an appointment. Dropped it off at 8:40. It was done at 10:00.
