RecommendedI have been a tire discounters customer for some time but today I had a special request, something out of the ordinary. The young man at Eastgate took care of my problem so I just want to shout out a kudos for going above and beyond .
I had a FABULOUS experience today. I had a nail stuck in my tire. Notified TD of it via their website last night. I was contacted this AM. Told that they were booked, but could squeeze me in if I dropped the car to them. I brought the car in around 9:30AM. They closed at 4PM today, but just as promised, called me at 5:15 to tell me the car was finished. Just before a holiday weekend, someone stayed late to make sure my job was complete. I’ve been a long term customer there . The staff is amazing and the GM Holly always treats me with the upmost respect and any questions I’ve she’s on it . She knows what she’s doing and a great role model for her team .I would never take my car anywhere else .
they replaced my front left tire and did not put a new tire valve on it. What in the world? I took it to my mechanic because the alignment was off when the tire was replaced and they told me there's no tire valve there. It's cost less than 2 dollars. I'm livid. oh I forgot my mechanic had to do an alignment since tIre discounters did not
I had a huge problem with another Tire Discounters in Forest Park. BUT I went to Anderson Township and they fixed all my problems that I had with Forest Park TD. Holly the Manager was awesome and my alignment tech was friendly and walked me thru all my problems and showed me how he was repairing everything step by step. I will gladly drive past 5 Tire Discounters to go to this one! Thanks guys!

I’ve been going here since they have opened. Fast and efficient and always friendly. Have had almost all my tire work here for 2 Ford Fusions, a Ford F-150 and a BMW. Also love the free air at anytime! Great service.
I paid $1000 for pirelli p zero tires for my Honda Civic si in March 2018. I’ve put 12,000 miles on the tires. I went in 6 weeks ago and told them the tires were starting to slip. They told me there was nothing they could do even though I paid for an extra warranty plan on my tires. I just took my car to get serviced at Valvoline and the service technician said you can see the indicator on my tires and that I need new tires. Tire discounters won’t do anything for me.
