I would recommend TD to everyone just wish they had one in Springfield ohio
I have been coming to this place for a couple of years now. Jim is honest, fun and a good guy and he'll treat you like family. The customer service is excellent even when they are busy and free coffee is offered to those who wait. Tire Discounters DOES NOT up charge you or try to sell you what you dont want, they sell you what you need. The prices are extremely fair, labor is fairly priced and the quickness of their crew is amazing and top notch. Awesome service from these guys every time I go! Ran into a problem with one of my tires, but thanks to their awesome warranty, Tony and the crew had me back on the road in less than an hour! Friendly staff and great work. Can’t reccomend it enough!

As always, the level of customer service provided by Tire Discounters will keep me coming back. I just got a set of new tires for my second car, and Tony really took care of me. He knew I didn't want the top of the line, but also not the cheapest and got me the tires perfect for my needs and vehicle. And...made right here in my hometown! They also didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, which will keep me coming back for brakes and oil changes, when my car actually needs these things done. The task of getting tires seems pretty expensive, boring, and daunting. I put it off for months. I wish I wouldn't have. This place is awesome. Clean, extremely friendly staff, and there's WIFI!!!!! I'm a lifer!
I have been going to this location for years and have always been very pleased with the service I have received. Steve and Tim are great ! Steve always works me in when I have an emergent issue and goes out of his way to accommodate my needs. I trust their expertise and am confident they will not try to sell me a service that I do not need!
