Overall service was good. I was not asked if I wanted basic or standard install of my tires. When i filled out my quote online I only really need basic. The misunderstanding on what I put into the website vs what the person assuming (they didn't ask) I wanted caused me to pay for standard install when all I really needed was basic. Not a huge difference but could have been avoided by either being asked or better yet, quote transferring in to their system once appointment was confirmed.

Normally my husband takes care of all of our vehicle needs, but he is out of state at the moment. I noticed the tires on my Durango were low, especially the front driver's side. It was raining and I didn't want to sit outside fiddling with a gas station's air machine (chancing that one near me would work!). After walking out of work and finding that I had a hole on the side wall of my tire, I knew it would need to be replaced. TireDiscounters was able to get me in at 6:15pm and out the door by 6:45pm. The only reason I gave 3 stars, instead of 5, is because the put my window down and it came off the track and instead of asking me what they would like to do, the pulled on it repeatedly leaving several large scratches in the factory window tint.

We can all agree that Columbus potholes are ridiculous this year... I came to Tire Discounters with a busted tire - keep in mind I purchased a new set of tires 2 months prior from the same company in Dayton. I must say that both Jim and Steve got me all fixed up. They stayed late to make sure I had my car back the next day. Also, the pricing is fair and consistent with many of the local places you'd go. This is the second set of tires I have purchased at the Bethel Rd location. The staff is amazing. I was treated with respect and no one patted the little woman on the head and tried to talk me into services I did not need. They gave me a valid estimate of the time needed to fix my car. I could not believe when they brought my car out that they had washed and polished my rims! I am safe now for the winter weather, my most important concern. The entire staff is professional and skilled. Thanks guys!

Jim and his team were very courteous and helpful, as always. I needed 4 new tires and the ones most highly recommended were on sale! They were installed, balanced, and aligned in about 90 minutes.

Didn’t expect to find my car with a flat last weekend.... however the great staff at Tire Discounters took care of me even though I didn’t have an appointment and they were closing in 20 minutes. Super appreciated it and while i was there waiting i overheard one of the managers offering to go pick up one of their customers who was walking back (in the rain and the wind) to their shop to pick up her car. Really impressed with these guys... would highly recommend them!!
