Great price and service! Every place else was way more expensive....Bought he warranty and appreciate their free rotation and balance for the life of the tire...

Was upset to be half way through the job only for the tech to stop and eat lunch while we were waiting in the waiting room. I can't believe that they just stop in the middle of everything with less than 20 mins of work left. Came in for an alignment and balancing... did the alignment and then decided it was lunch time. Poor customer service! Finish the job at hand if customers are sitting there watching then go to lunch.

Just stopped in for tire rotation to maximize life the Michelin tires. Started job at appt time and done in an hour. This has been typical for me on any appointments. They had free brake inspection as an offer which they did and only regret is I got "all ok" comment, but not a dimension on what is left on the brake pads.

Had an appointment at 11 am yesterday and had to wait until 12:15 before my car was taken into the shop. What is the purpose of an appointment if the wait is that long?

This place rocks! I went to Pepboys first and thank goodness I have the where with all to call other places in the area. They were 50% cheaper and had free alignment! I was so emotional, Pepboys took advantage of that. Yes, I'm torn up, but not stupid! The men were professional and I was in and out in no time. My tire had exploded on the I-71 and I was almost hurt because of the impact of the explosion and how it made my rear end flip up! Hopefully a third time is a charm to fix my tire only time will tell ! Just a suggestion they might want to replace the cable remote in the waiting area as it takes some play to get it to work ! In addition they need to put out some stirring sticks with the coffee I mean how our customers supposed to stir the coffee when they add their cream and sugars I had to use my finger it was hot by all means but I wanted it stirred just grinned and got through as beast as I could!

Very unsatisfied customer. TD replaced a tire on my GMC Terrain with chrome rims and in the process the rim got damaged. I was told this would be handled but after making three phone calls over almost a months period was told their "wheel specialist" who only saw a picture of run taken with employee cell phone felt the damage was due to road rash or me running tire against a curb and they were not going to replace rim. Prior to taking car to TD the rim was not damaged in any form or fashion. Now I am responsible for the cost... read more
