I was driving and my low tire light came on. I had my newborn and 17 month old with me. I stopped at the kenwood Ohio location hoping they could fix it. I went in and they could see I had my hands full with a screaming baby and busy toddler. They found a nail had punctured the tire and immediately fixed it. They were super helpful and even waived the cost!!! I will be a loyal cuStomer!

I would give more stars if I could. GM Shawn and his team really stepped up when I showed up one minute before closing time, driving on a deflated spare. They sprang into action and helped me out. I was on my way with a new tire in about 20 minutes. They could have said, "sorry, we're closed," but they took off their coats and made sure I was driving in a safe vehicle. They have me as a loyal customer from now on, and I promise to show up during normal business hours!

The work force at the Kenwood store are always helpful even under the worst weather conditions. A young man & lady worked patiently together for about an hour as a team to find the source of a slow leak in the driver’s side rear tire of my 2011 BMW X5❗️ Days earlier, another pro at the same store who inflated my tires warned me to keep an eye on the same tire after he suspected a slow leak. ✅

I don't have time to wait for hours after my appointment time. Two times in two days. No service. I just wanted my tires rotated and balanced. Makes me think I was pushed aside because they weren't getting any money from my pockets.
