I have always had great service from Tire Discounters. I called in the morning to see if they could fit me in for 4 new tires the same day and they were able to get me in and out in the timeframe they gave me. Always courteous. Always great service. Road hazard insurance always worth it!!!! I won't go anywhere else for tires.

I called on Wednesday checking on tire prices. They said they would match the lowest estimate I had received from somewhere else so I made an appointment for Friday at 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:50 am. I accepted the oil change sale they said ended at noon. Then I was told my tires weren't on the truck Thursday but should be there any time. Thank you for fixing my tire. Hope the plug works and causes no problem. I would have liked to seen the nail that caused the hole. I had an appointment but the wait was too long, need to work on that.

Service times for oil change and tire rotation are entirely too long, and employees do not communicate the length of time you should expect to wait.

Called in the morning to be given a 4 o'clock appointment. They knew I was not leaving the vehicle there, but was staying to wait for it. I was getting a tire rotation. Arrived at 4 and didn't get done until after 6:30. No one informed me of any delay getting to my vehicle. The shop was almost empty when I got there. Many people came in afterwards! Lady at the desk was non-apologetic. This shop is usually very good and quick with previous tire rotations and COMMUNICATIONS! Not so on this day.

I brought my car in four times over the last three months for the same complaint and each time it was something different that I had to pay for. And every "new" problem seemed like it could've been found during the last inspection. Nothing solved just more money! Not very happy at all! And when I asked to speak with a manager there was a call placed but no one spoke to me!! Horrible experience and will never come back.
