Took great care of me. Matt, the GM, pulled my van back in and redid the tire check after he called me and it was obvious the first tech didn't correctly and completely diagnose and fix our issue. The test of great service isn't in how you take care of a customer when things go correctly. It's how you respond when they don't. Thanks Matt.

I went here on Friday, March 2nd for them to look at my tire. My tire on the front driver side is always loosing air. I told the lady what was going on and she told me it would be about an hour wait for them to look at my tire. I said ok, I would wait. I was out of there in 45 minutes. The lady at the front desk told me what was wrong with my tire and how they fixed it for me. They didn't even charge me for them to get my tire fixed. I brought 2 tire, they didn't have time to do the alignment. I got a certificate good for 6 months. I went back a month later some how someone use my certificate # to get an alignment. They decided to honor my certificate .The guy doing the alignment tells me he cant break the jam nut loose, and I have to get tie rods before he does the alignment.
