Always helpful, informative and Grade A service. I live in Spencer, WV and drive 220 miles to have all my vehicles serviced here because they deliver a excellent customer service experience. A huge shout out to their sales,and store manager.

The staff here was very friendly. They let me know that they were really busy but if I could leave my car, they would get the screw removed and repaired that day. I had a friend pick me up and they had the car ready by the time they stated. The patch has held up and best of all, it was free! Being a loyal customer has it rewards.

Came in at 8 when they opened for an oil change. Was told I needed to make an appt. Came back at scheduled time actually got their 5 minutes early. An hr later car still hasn't been serviced. Terrible customer service. No reason given other than we'll get to it when we can. Won't be back!!
