My husband and I went in today for an oil change on one of our vehicles and tire rotation on two of them today. We marked our tires with numbers on one of the vehicles to ensure the job was being done....when we returned to pick it up after service, the tires were unmoved. The employee we spoke to about our concerns simply promised he watched the job be done. We know this to be false as again, the numbers were not moved. My husband asked for it to be done again and was told they could not as the job was already done. AWFUL!!... read more

BIG shout out to Kenny, Tony and James!! They were absolutely the best today!! I had to run an errand and was flagged over by a motorist because my tire was going flat. And quickly. Nervous being out alone pulled over with the uncertainty of things, I pulled into the nearest tire shop and they said I’d need a new tire but did not have same brand.
