You have to watch them because they don't rotate and balance your tires and the service mgr lied and said they did it. After I ask them about it.

My wife and I worked with Erin and James. James helped me select the Yokohama AVID Ascend tires for our Camry. And Erin checked us in when we dropped our car off on Friday night. As soon as the car was complete on Saturday, they informed us it was ready and we came to pick up the car. The tires look great and so far seem to be a good tire. Both Erin and James were great to work with! I look forward to visiting again in 5K for the tire rotation. Keep up the great work guys!

I waited 4 hours for a oil change and tire rotation! The guy told me it would be a couple hours but 4????? Not pleased at all!!!
