Had a good experience today . Got 4 new tires at the New Haven Rd store Harrison Ohio. Thank`s Cam and guy`s for the great service . I will be back next time I need tires .
So I have road hazard on 4 new tires I bought. I have had them 2 months exactly less than 2,000 miles on them. Have a tire blow out take it up no problem the tire is on us ok cool. So then they come out to inform me they don’t have the exact tire in stock but would be glad to put the next lower tier tire on or I could come back in 2 days for the same as I paid for. Getting a different front desk person who has better communication and customer service skills. Very rude! It was the WORST experience I've probably ever had getting work done on my car. They tried to force products/services on me, didn't give me options on pricing or brands of products. He just automatically quoted me on all the most expensive products without explaining why, then got rude and nasty with me raising his voice. Let me just start out by saying when my girlfriend needed new tires I was looking around online for the best bang for my buck since an alignment was included with the purchase of four new tires ... Called Tuesday for a NOON appointment Friday for a single tire to get mounted. I showed up 15 minutes early. Vehicle wasn’t even brought in until 1p.m. What good is making appointments if you miss the mark that badly? Not bring my business back here. * fair followup I was contacted by someone representing the company. They asked me what happened, got a few details and told me they would contact the store. They apologized for any miscommunication.
