RecommendedAlways great at getting me in quickly. Recently needed a new battery. In an emergent situation they made me feel important and took great care of me. Even sent Uber to pick me up when my car was done ! Great customer service James!
I had an appointment at 3 today another gentleman also had one at 3. His car was pulled in around 4:30 he went outside to watch the guys in the shop. They did change his oil but didn’t rotate his tires like he asked, the guy in the waiting area called his name that they were done with his car. RecommendedI had a FABULOUS experience today. I had a nail stuck in my tire. Notified TD of it via their website last night. I was contacted this AM. Told that they were booked, but could squeeze me in if I dropped the car to them. I brought the car in around 9:30AM. RecommendedI went in for an oil change and found that a tire rotation came with it for free. They also looked into other things my car may need. Very reasonable prices considering all they do. Tristan walked me through every step and cost and even helped me apply for their finance card. He was amazing and friendly and kind. I'd definitely go back there if only to deal with Tristan again. Systemic Racism. When purchasing 4 New tires at $120 ea. You are not offering Reds tickets to Black people at the lower end of Colerain Avenue (Bevis location). RecommendedHad a tire blow out on I-75 on our cross country trip from KY to TX. A quick Google search showed that this Tire Discounters was the closest tire repair shop nearby. They were able to change all 4 tires in less than 2 hours! The customer service was great and their tires are very reasonably priced.
