Friendly staff, and the work was done super fast! To top it off, they offered to pull my car up for me because it was raining. They pulled it right into the bay, so I didn't have to go out in the rain at all! When I need work done on my tires, I'll be back! Thank you!

Been a Springboro Tire Discounter customer for years, since 1999 when we moved to the area. Disappointingly awful customer service this evening from the Sales Rep during installation of probably the fifth set of tires we have bought there over the years. I was yelled at and profanity was used when I was questioning why the car was taking so long to be completed - a whole hour after closing time.

Had to take my Lacrosse back 2x for same service, alignment by them was off and tires were not rotated. It is my opinion that they have soo much business that they hav3 lost sight of workmanship. As well, they effectively did not solve my noise problems saying they didn't want to just throw parts at it! I'll take it to Gerspacher's and actually get it fixed. Probably the last time I buy tires from these guys, after buying 6 other sets.

We've had generally great service from Springboro's TD. From work done on tractor or little utility trailer tires, to big utility tires, to cars, etc., we appreciate the ability to fund these expenses with 12 mos same as cash options on the TD credit acct. We've had great service with tires, shocks, springs, etc. Because of their overall happy customers, they do tend to get busy, in which case, things don't get completed as quickly as we would like sometimes, but such is the price of having a good service partner.
