I have used Tire Discounters in Springboro several times and they are always very accommodating and reasonable. They have always got me in same day I needed them and have been able to work around my schedule to get my car back. I would highly recommend this location.

I had an appt for 10am. They said it would be ready on an hour. Return at 3:15pm and it hasn’t been touched??? I made the appt a week ago. They didn’t call and tell of the delay or anything. Just claimed they were busy. I went outside to wait, they said they would do it now. 20 minutes go by and they hadn’t even touched it still. I go back inside and ask again. Regardless of whether you are a tire discounters customer or not, they will check your tire pressure and put air in your tires for free. I had gone into see them several times this past winter when my car's tires pressure warning light came on. At first we thought it was temperature change that was causing the pressure change but when the same tire set of the warning light they recommended getting the tire checked. Nothing like coming back repeatedly for the same issue. Wish i had bought my tires somewhere else. Wait times for vehicle to even be evaluated are ridiculous.

how do you sell a warranty on tires that I bought just a year ago and now has a slow leak and tell me I have to wait 5 days to drop off my car? I dont get it.. isnt this a safety issue.. lady at desk didnt seem to care.
After dropping my car off for 4 new tires, they called to tell me that my back tires were in really great shape and I would only need 2 instead of 4 to save me money. I still went with 4 tires. It was really awesome to know that they cared that much. Thank u very much!!!
