Always great service.
The last time I went there, I’ve experienced that they don’t want to fix the car actually they want to hustle you, which mean that they wanna change the whole thing to a new thing and get more money and more bonus for each job they do and this is not good in a long-term For customers when they most of the customers will know exactly . in this economy, it’s way better to fix things then to change it.
I would think twice before taking an expensive vehicle here. I want to say bill and Caleb were nice, but ultimately the regional manager rejected working with me to fix my wheels. I visited a few months back, when I bought a set of tires here. After about a week I found my wheels messed up and raised concerns, at first the sales/front desk gal said yes it happens from time to time and we use wheel medic to fix, then after telling me to go all the way down to wheel medic(to get a quote)and waste over an hour of my time, regio... read more
Had to have a tire patched due to a nail. Quick service I was on my way.
