Good customer service is rare nowadays. I went to the Powell branch and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service rep (Bill), to the person who checked me out and did the labor (Caleb). They were both very knowledgeable and patient (considering all of the questions I had), and my car was serviced in a timely fashion and efficiently. If you have to unexpectedly spend $1300 (which was very reasonable I might add), on your car, at least it helps when working with competent, nice people. I had a great experience! Oh...t... read more
They had told me my battery was dead and that they had to charge it to get it on the lift. Wanted to charge me $500 extra for a new battery. They kept pushing and told me my car wouldn’t make it out of the parking lot. I just bought my car last year from a very reputable dealership and the battery had been tested. Took it to advanced auto after I left and battery is at 100%. Completely healthy. Have had no issues since. Will forever be coming back here! Walked in without an appointment for a flat tire, and was out within 40 mins! Short wait time, great prices, and everyone that works at this location is very nice and welcoming! definitely recommend!!
Brought my car in at 5 pm with a leaking tire. Couldn't be repaired so got a new tire and was out by 6. Thank you for the quick turn around.
