Called the Powell location to ask about getting new tires put on before a road trip. Guy on the phone was rude and dismissive. I called the location near Bethel and the manager himself drove to the warehouse and picked up the tires so they could put them on that morning. Avoid this location and go to Bethel (Misty Meadows location). They go above and beyond.
Bill Sicke is the best. I recommend his services.
Tire Discounters was booked for the day but I had a flat so they allowed me to leave my car there just in case. Less than 2 hours later they called to say the job was done! A huge THANK YOU to William and the rest of the team for saving the day!
Excellent Customer Service today! William Sicke at the Sawmill Parkway location was the absolute best. I didn't have an appointment but he was able to fit me in FAST even though they were backlogged. I came in riding on a spare tire and the crew was able to get me two new tires to match the two I previously bought a few months ago from them. I wasn't expecting it to be ready so quickly. THANK YOU!
