Very pleased. I have been to several aces only to be told something was wrong with my car. Which was not true. I have been to Tire Discounters several times and this has never happened. Greatly appreciate the honesty.
I have been to Tire Discounters twice now and both times service and work was excellent. Employees there make the effort to do a good job. The front desk manager especially makes being there a positive experience for the customer and it is very much appreciated!
Mario is the best!!! I expressed a concern over price and he did his best to repair my wheel damage instead of the typical pushing to buy a new one.
Great people great service, deal with thousands of people yet when you walk in the door they know you and treat you like family. Showed up 6.30 pm once and they were busy, still took me in and I left happy at 8.00pm they worked on until every customer was satisfied
Tried the Nicholasville location, they were swamped and couldn't get me in. So I called over to Beaumont and they had me in and out with 4 new tires in about 45 minutes. Tim was helpful and super nice. This first time customer will now be a repeat customer!
The staff here is extremely courteous and very helpful! I had to run in to get air in my tires once I realized one was low on the way to pick my daughter up from school and they made time for me so I would not be late thank you thank you!
This Tire discounters is the best one I've ever been too. Tim and the rest of the team are amazing!! When I wrecked my car they did so much for me and made everything easier!! They are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you live in Lexington don't take your car or truck anywhere else. They are the best!!!
So impressed with the knowledge and courtesy of this crew. Will never go anywhere else. Back next month for my daughters back 2 tires. Thank you so much for your kindness
