An unsolicited shout out for the Tire Discounters in Beaumont! I made an appointment for an oil change and they had us in and out in less than 45 minutes. Their waiting area was so clean and no one cared that we took over the place. They had a great kids table, two TVs with Disney Jr. and Nick Jr. , and it was only $33!
The only thing was it took way to long for a oil change and tire rotation. I had a 4pm appointment and didn't get out of the shop until 5:20pm. They appeared to be short on help. The person who was up front was so busy by himself. There was a person waiting to get an estimate on fixing his car. The person up front was working on getting prices was interrupted 5 time by phone calls, and people coming in the front door. This person waited 20 mins to get the estimate. With a slow leak in my tire, these guys were able to get me to the garage and it was promptly fixed. Very speedy and very professional.

This was my first experience with this company and it was a positive one. They got me in earlier than anticipated and the work was done well and in a timely fashion.
The service I had performed took about 30 minutes and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction
