The best experience ever in canada i had at this shop. Safi is amazing with the customer service and he tells the real.picture about car and what needs to be done. He is very patient and extremely reasonable.charges. I drove 40 minutes to reach here because its worth it and I dont have to worry about if I am getting over charged or they are bluffing me They know my car inside out and the whole team kudos. Highly recommend!!!
Even though they don't do appointments, they took care of my MIL car at the suggested time and took exactly how long they said it would. She had her valve cover and gasket swapped out and also an oil change. All at a reasonable price unlike the dealership where she normally takes her car. Thanks again Saffi for the great service!
I visited this place a few days ago after getting a flat tire, based on a recommendation from my brother—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, their service was exceptional. They quickly assessed the issue and had everything fixed within an hour, which was a huge relief. What really stood out, though, was their outstanding customer service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend them to others.
I am a returning customer but have only met Safi today. I must say I’ve had the best experience with my sisters tire change. We were both blown away with the excellent quality service, low price and rapid labor. The issue was fixed under 1 hour. I am grateful and will recommend and will come back.
I have to say its very refreshing to find businesses that you can trust and Tire Depot is surely one of them. I had a flat and in 30 minutes from when it happened, Safi and the team took care of it and I was on the road before you knew it. Honest and trustworthy!!! Will definitely be back
