I don't praise too many places of business just because most do not really "stand out" for customer service. Not that I dont get good service elsewhere...Im talking about "Above the rest."...That being said...Tony and Tim here at Tire Depot in Bristol, Ct. BY FAR exceed my expectations everytime I am here. I personally take pride in buying Cooper Tires due to the fact that they are the last American made and OWNED tire company in this country. Best place around, amazing customer service! I was in a real pinch one time and Tony was exceptionally helpful!
My boyfriend had bought his tires there and less than 1 month later had a nail in his tire , the team at tire depot had him in and out in 25 mins and they were busy !
They are very nice people and readily available!!
Always great service and prices never any hidden charges like other tire places.
