I could think of worse things to happen but after an 11 hr day at work, one of my tires went completely flat; (got to love CT roadways)! AAA towed my car to Tire Depot last night and I called 11 mins after opening time, to check in. Not only was I greeted by a friendly voice, (his name was Tim), but already had a quote for 2 tires of the exact brand I wanted, (Continentals are by far the best tire brand, for my Volvo, at least).
