The technician said that the rear shocks were broken. My mechanic in Tampa says the shock is fine. Also, a good tire shop would have put the spare tire back in the proper place in the trunk. I guess your guy thought it was too much trouble.
Parker was amazing and was able to take good care of us.
Parker and the rest of the guys were great to work with. Prices on my estimate were accurate, they let me choose my own parts to put on the car, and it was done when they said it would be done. Only good things to say about this place. I got tires on one car and a bearing and CV axle on the other. I'm 100% confident that they were honest with me and I got the best service I was going to get.
I did not catch this before but my first name should be spelled Arthur. The reception for service was courteous as were the service men. The waiting area was simple and comfortable. The completion time was extensive. A part of my brake work had an issue as an old screw in the rotor, I think, needed to be drilled out byut the service rep who was hard working did not have the correct drill bit available to complete that drilling. I’ve always enjoyed positive service from the store. .
I called to ask for 4 new tires, got told they would have the tires for me on Saturday and that it would be $852. KB tire said they could do it for around $100 cheaper but, they wouldn't be able to get the tires till Monday, I needed the tires for work so I decided to go with Tires Choice anyway cause they were quicker. They lied, they didn't get the tires till Monday but, because I didn't order the tires from KB it would still take longer for the tires to get there.
