Needed Left rear tire replaced while driving home from vacation. We pulled over just a block down the road after leaving after having horrible vibrations and noises from front of car that worsened as speed increased. The lug nuts on front left tire were not tightened! One of the lug nuts was barely on and the others were unscrewed with only my husbands hand once we lifted the car with our own jack. Craig was a great help to me today! He’s an amazing worker he stayed past his scheduled time 1hr and some change) to squeeze me in after getting a flat tire, I was stuck on the side of the road for 1 hr and my only option was to get my car towed to the nearest car make dealership which was in Columbia. He saved me over $1000 dollars! I highly recommended this place! Great customer service and care!
