Great place to take your car! I had a very good experience with the Tire Center and will definitely recommend to friends and family. I bought a set of tires and had some other service done. They were professional, courteous, honest, and the prices were reasonable. I live in Reidsville but will drive to Burlington next time I need work done to my car.
Terrible I won't ever go back. I bought tires and had my oil changed. The did not put in the type oil I had requested. I had to wait over 4 hours. They over tightened my oil drain plug and damaged it. The oil filter and wheel lug nuts were also over tightened making them extremely difficult to remove. Stay way!
No equal in this area I have purchased at least 6 sets of tires from these guys and had a couple of alignments done. Their prices and service are second to none and I doubt I'll ever go anywhere else again. The guys that worked on my cars were careful, courteous and professional. They even hand-torqued the lugs on several of my alloy wheel sets and took extra time to assure the jacks were placed exactly where they should be so no damage would occur (unlike several other places where they don't give a s**t about your vehicle)... read more
flaky place Well mentioned this place to my girlfriend cause she needed an alignment and I have heard of the low prices, well she called about 2 o clock they said they were slow and for for her to come on and that they could take her if she arrived with the hour,so she arrived there a little after three, after about an hour drive from greensboro, she walks in and they just turn her away because they had gotten busy and told her they couldnt get to her before closing. Taken Advantage of Awful...charged me for services they were supposed to have performed, but, did not do...turning all rotors on my car. I had to take my car to another service center to get the rotors turned. The Tire Center would not refund my money because they said I should have called or brought my car back to them (even though they did not do what they were paid to do). I will not ever take my car to them again. I'm just warning others that they cannot trust this tire center.
Good place for car repairs/tires The Tire Center of Burlington is a reputable place to get your car repaired. Just be sure to call ahead as they stay pretty busy. It's also a good place to buy your next set of tires.
Excellent Service, Fair Prices Great service, good price. I can't imagine anyone being dissatisfied with this place. I was from out of town; they worked me in and fixed the problems with my car quickly at a fair price. The owner is committed to providing good, honest service at a fair price. I highly recommend this place.
AnnH DO NOT GO THERE!!!! They have screwed me over several times on truck repairs - even their negligence leaving me stranded on the interstate within 30 minutes of a so-called repair. Today, they took my repair order, said they could take me home (5 minutes and they've done it every time) if I waited. I waited. Then they said they had no one but could do my truck if I left it. I asked to see the manager. He said they couldn't repair my truck today - or even tomorrow morning! They were "booked!" They don't take appointments ... read more
