The first time I went to tire barn was to purchase new tires. I was initially interested in the buy one get one free offer. I had scheduled an appointment and was given a timeframe For completion of the service. The service ended up taking two hours longer than I was initially informed And I had to come back a second time because they didn’t have time to fix my alignment. I had a Groupon And made an appointment thinking I would be in & out quick. Silly me. 2.5 hours I waited. I will not go back
The representative was welcoming and professional. He checked out the situation and assured me that I only needed to replace the one damaged tire. He gave me options and answered my questions.
