Had my 02 RX300 there for 10 days waiting for a bearing job. Said they didn't want to tie up their lift for long enough to fix it. According to the book it's a three hour job. Took it to A-1 right down the street and they are doing it today. Great way to treat a past customer, now ex-customer.
I am so greatful for this company and the guys in it...they are lifesavers!!! Thanks again!!
