Myself and my three daughters have been coming to Tip Top Nails for over 10 years for nail care and eyebrow threading/waxing. The owners remember eveyone's name. So many repeat customers. They are so kind and do a thorough job in cleaning nails in manicures/pedicures. Really nice hand and feet massage. We enjoy our time here!

This was possibly the worst nail experience I had. Old products that had been used with the client prior were used and no part of my spa pedicure felt “spa” like. It last maybe 7 mins? I kept being asked what color I wanted and I kept stating I hadn’t been given a selection. When I went to pay the cashier made it very obvious he was checking to see how much I tipped. Had an appointment and they got me in an hour afterwards. Didn’t mention a delay when i checked in. No apologies or addressing it. Then the nail polish on my pedicure was very sloppy. The tools used looked old and not very clean. People after us who had appointments sat at least an hour and a half. Seems they are overbooking and the customer pays by wasting time. Positive - they were nice.
