I had Tiptop come out to add more insulation in the attic. The upstairs rooms were always too hot in summer and cold in the winter, so figured it was time to finally do something about it. They did a quick inspection and said the insulation was old and too thin. We agreed to add the blown in type and they also sealed some areas around the pipes and lights. The guys were nice and did the work pretty fast. Left the place clean too

We asked Tip Top Insulation to update the insulation across our main home and detached garage. They used batt rolls in the walls and spray foam in the attics, and the garage now feels like part of the home. What impressed me most was how they cleaned up after themselves and gave us a full report when done. They even pointed out a small roof leak we didn’t know about. You can tell they’ve done this a hundred times.

We live in an older pitch-roofed home that had almost no insulation left. Tip Top Insulation’s team handled the full attic cleanup, pulling out the junk before installing new insulation. They were careful around the wiring, too. It has made a difference. Glad we called them when we did.

When we built a new guest home on our property, we wanted to get the insulation right first. We chose spray foam to be used, and they did a good job from the deck right down into the trusses. Watching them work was impressive; there were no shortcuts, no guessing. They made sure every pocket and wall section was covered perfectly. The team kept the build simple, and we love the quality.
