Was referred to Michael at Tip Top Restoration by our plumber after a leak caused water damage. They were very quick to get to the house to assess the damage, but never sent us an invoice or assessment of what was damaged and needed to be fixed. I called several times and text the email for the invoice to be sent to twice. After 2 days and no further contact from Michael, we had to find a different company to start drying out the water damage and prevent further damage to the house
