Very upset still on what happened 8/22 evening, I am from McAllen Texas and I was on my way to purchase a vehicle with a deal I made with my salesman Hector of getting a car for a certain price with a low interest rate and I made sure to confirm with him over the phone that is was going to happen. And he said yes just come in. Went in for a quick oil change after 2pm. They have a great Service manager discount after 2pm. To bad the service advisors fail to apply this discount unless u ask for it ahead of time. Service advisors can do better.
