I really wish people would pay attention to what they are doing. In parts today, Josh made a careless mistake that Cost. $772. I clearly said forget it, I'll order that part myself. He said ok, when I paid with my card I saw that he charged me for that part anyway. Now the refund will take 2-3 business days to reverse and my bills might overdraft because of this. Leaving me with a big headache for the weekend. Thanks alot, Josh! My account is now -$577 plus the upcoming overdraft fees from payments still pending. 😠 😡 😤
Great experience buying a palisade
I was helped out by Eduardo and recieved the best customer service! I did get to meet the location's manager, he sure did make it a good experience as well for my husband and I. Eduardo did meet all our needs and answered all our questions. I was able to go home with my new car thanks to eduardo. Stop by and look for eduardo!
