If you are a 1st time home buyer, beware. His passion seems to be into commercial realty, had I known this I wouldn't have worked with him. Has a 1st home buyer you expect guidance with your realtor and not be prompted to do certain things. Lack of communication unless I reached out to him I didn't hear from him.
