I have been to tipsy twice now. The first time I got a basic pedicure w acrylic polish, full set with coffin shape, and eyebrow waxing for $120. I explained it was my first time receiving some of these services and they were very kind. Kim did my nails the first time and I just got a regular solid colored nail (Wineberry. My cousin was so excited to take me here as she goes once a month. I just moved around here so I went with her. She made me an appointment with her regulars and everything. The guy wouldn't do a little flower for me on my big toe, meanwhile my cousin always has the cutest designs. I wanted the paraffin wax done and he just rubbed my heel and said you dont need it.
