Very upset with the lack of courtesy and professionalism here. I called to make a morning appointment and they booked me under the wrong person for the wrong thing. My nail tech said I was SOL and let me leave. Didn’t try to contact his other appt and I’m a frequent flyer here. Very sad but will not be back. Totally rude
I have been coming here for years and I love this place!! Always feel extremely happy with the results. I don’t trust anyone else with my nails besides Ryan, he’s the best! Definitely Recommend

My nail tech Chad is the best. I love how much attention and time he puts into my nails. They always come out amazing. I used to hate pedicures but Chad makes them super relaxing with his amazing massages. I will always ask for Chad when coming to Tipsy.
