I haven't even been to this nail salon. I called to apply for a job. And I am allergic to an illegal chemical called MMA (which is in some acrylic liquids) and she said "sorry you're a liability". If your acrylic doesn't have MMA how am I a liability? Absolutely very unprofessional. Will never go to this salon. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They obviously use illegal products. Thumbs down.

Yesterday I had a young girl named Linh, I had a maniped, I would recommend her highly, it was a wonderful experience yesterday, perfect!! She did a fantastic job.
Best nail salon ive ever went to. Had a pedicure yesterday and it was relaxing and the staff my friend and i had actually had conversations with you and didnt talk in their language.

Linda, you are right we had to do the right thing and that is to go through our usual procedure to figure out what had happened with the free gift certificate since our manager, Brian and one of the front desk girls didn't recognize the Dawn we knew of. If your daughter would have mentioned her sister-in-law (who is a regular) has the same exact first and last name as hers, we would have put one and one together and realized why the GC was redeemed and we would immediately honor it since we know the other Dawn.
