I have never been to this salon and can not speak to the work The owner Lori does. However I would never support a business where the owner body shames and belittles women. The owner of this salon has continued to harass me and my family. She has made comments calling me a pig and telling me to go eat a ho-ho. I have also seen her make comments to other women saying go get a job and quit collecting off the government. My personal review of this business is a 1 star due to the moral of the owner.

Great professional and personal service. The owner, Lori, did has done my Daughter's main/pedi several times. She does a nice job, spends time with her clients and listens. A refreshing change from those walk in foreign speaking salons that seem to be popping up everywhere. Highly recommend!

Had a mani/pedi here this week. I walked in and was accommodated, but it seemed an inconvenience to the owner that I did not have an appointment. Pedicure was slow and ok overall. Manicure was a BUTCHER job. She made my cuticles bleed. My fingers still hurt. No soaking of nails, which I have not experienced before. No hand massage. Really poor. I had purchased a Living Social coupon and when I asked what the actual cost of the service would have been to calculate the tip. I was shocked to hear it was $72. What a rip off for ... read more

I have only heard horror stories about this salon, or more specifically, the women who runs it. She is notorious for hysterically screaming and shaming her staff in front of clients and shes not exactly pleasant to the customers either.

I have been having my nails done here for over 10 years. I am always very satisfied with the service I have received. I am all the time getting compliments on my nails and would recommend this salon to anyone.

Terrible Service! Very Rude! – WARNING! The owner, Lori, was incredibly rude to both my mother & myself at a scheduled appointment today. Apparently she was having a bad day and took it out on us. We arrived as she asked 15 min early (confirmed only a couple hrs earlier). I asked if she was Lori, the person we were waiting for. She snapped back claiming she had called me and I didn't pick up my phone (very accusatory). I asked if there was a problem and she again snapped that she was having a bad day but doing US a favor. Rude and uprofessional – I've been here before, and I should have known from the beginning that this place was unprofessional. The lady talked badly of her customers and didn't seem to care about her job. Also my shellac peeled off rather quickly, but I figured that I would give them a second chance. Very professional Nail Salon – I just went to Totally Tips to Toes for the 1st time in a few years. I had excellent service in a very relaxing and professional enviroment. My nails look fantastic and they are reasonably priced. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment!
