I came to Moultrie from out of town needing a hair cut. I called Rhonda a little before 12 and was told to come in at 2. Stephanie gave me a perfect cut, just what I wanted, as if she had been cutting my hair forever! I will give Tip & Tangles a 10/10 review and sincerely hope you will give them the chance to do your hair and/or nails.
We love Ms. Rhonda she is the best at what she does by far!
I recently was referred to Rhonda for a pedicure and am completely satisfied with her excellent, knowledge and care for my feet! She did a fantastic job and I am happy to return!!!!
9:00 appt with 2 confirmations...hair and nails. Hair tech just arrived at 9:22. Still needs to set up. First time here....very disappointed.
