Update: After posting my review, the owner of the spa reached out to me personally. He acknowledged my concerns and kindly offered me a complimentary massage session to make up for my previous experience. I really appreciate the gesture and the effort they put into making things right. I was contacted by their nail specialist, Mercedeh, at this salon to come in as a model for a manicure and pedicure. Vey pleasant experience. I was very happy that a torn toe nail was able to be repaired. Great attention to detail in doing my French manicure.
Absolutely LOVE Mahi so much. She does incredible work. Each nail is always perfect. Mahi cares about her clients and it shows. She’s an amazing communicator, so sweet and kind and I always feel so cared for after my manicure. I’ve had other techs and had to return multiple times for nail fixes within a week or two, but I’ve never had any issues with Mahi’s work. 10 stars, girl
Maryam was really nice and caring. I had such a wonderful time, greatly satisfied.
Mahi does incredible work! I loved my pedicure and manicure. In particular, Mahi’s feet massages are wonderful.
