From the time I walked into the office until the time I left, I was treated in a kind and respectful manner. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistant to Dr. Martin were all warm and friendly and put you at ease. Thank you all.

Went in for what I thought was a regular cleaning, to find out it was a maintenance cleaning with a charge that I was never told about, I was told I would get a phone call back about the charge that never happened until I had to call the office back to ask about the charge. Needless to say Haley in billing was no help to the situation. So I cancelled further appointments.

I've been a Tippit patient for 20 years and have always been very happy with the treatment (dentists and hygienists) and the processes of making appointments, being seen on times, etc.
