I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. A very helpful desk attendant greeted me and asked my name. Within 3 minutes I was off to get X-rays, a cleaning, and have the dentist look at the x-rays and provide a consult. It was a breeze.

The check in desk is part of the waiting room, so you don't feel like they're trying to hide behind a shield. The office is warm and inviting. The people are all very friendly. The equipment is up-to-date. I feel like I'm not just a number to them. The hygienist is gentle but comprehensive. I feel like they are taking wonderful care of my dental needs.

The practice is well run. You are greeted promptly and seen on schedule. The staff works well together. They ate professional, highly qualified and dedicated to the patients.

From the moment you walk thru the door you are never left in the waiting room for over 5 minutes. The office is run with great efficiency and professionalism every time you visit. Some of the nicest people ever.Very personable, always asking for any issues that they need to be aware of, always setting the next appt. I love getting reminders of upcoming appts. That is incredibly helpful. For me, its like seeing old friends when I visit and that is why I go back.

Efficient, fast and great service. Never have to wait more than 10 minutes and always have great choices for appointments that work with my schedule. Been going to Tippit since 2001.
