On August 20, 2020, Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric was hired to replace my A/C and furnace at my property. I am dissatisfied with this company for the following reasons: 1. Tipping Hat neglects all administrative functions. A. I had to remind the salesman of his quoted price. He “forgot” that he offered a $1500 discount. B. Yes I would highly recommend Tipping Hat again and refer Tipping Hat a man by the name of Ron came to my home and I could feel his attitude was positive and when we got to the problem I explained what my issue is, that someone broke the shower glass and put it in the shower drain. I needed a furnace/ac for my mom's house. After getting a couple quotes that seemed unreasonable, I called Tipping Hat and found the people I truly need for the job. Mark Jacobsma came out and thoroughly explained to my mom and I what was possible and the difference of the quality of components compared to the other companies. We found out last week that, unfortunately, we needed a new furnace, so I got six bids from various companies. One bid was so much lower than the others that we ruled it out under the "if it's too good to be true, then it probably is" rule. Alden and Jay were amazing! So professional and nice. Did an above and beyond job installing our new furnace/ac. The fixed things they weren’t even required to that made the whole house safe. Highly recommend! I can’t thank them enough for the high quality job they did.
