DON'T CALL THEM , THEY WILL SCREW YOU I called to have my furnace cleaned and have an electrician stop by. I set my appointment two and half weeks out for the same day. On that day the electrician canceled. I got my 30 min call from the hvac guy. Instead of the tech showing up to do the job I had a supervisor show up and he pulled the cover off and said I can't do the job today I'm a supervisor. That made no sense to me at all.
