Excellent service, beautiful clean salon. Terri the owner was so welcoming. Ken did the Collagen spa pedicure. It was incredible. The massage was just what I needed after a hard day working. He was so gentle and my nails came out beautiful. They also offered me something to drink. I will be back! Thank you Tippi Nails

Never experienced this before. I Had an appointment scheduled and the owner didn't acknowledge me about it when I signed in. Not only that he was already working on another customer who seemed as if they had just gotten there.... Like are you kidding me? You forgot about my appointment to accommodate someone who walked in. What is the point of making appointments just to get overlooked. Waited 30mins and still nothing. I WAS a loyal customer but not anymore.

Typically, I don’t like changing nail salons, but a friend gave me this place as a recommendation so I decided to try it out. Horrible. Do not recommend. I asked for a fill-in with a cut down of my nails. When I go to sit down, she is asking me questions to get an understanding. Two of my nails broke, one of which was short, so she proceeded to tell me she’ll need to add a tip to it, which I agree to.
