I had an international relocation to Canada which was handled by Tippet Richardson. I always got a prompt assistance and resolution of my queries. In particular, Emeril was always available whenever I called and kept me abreast with the various phases of the delivery cycle, right from the shipment landing at Canada port to coordinating the final customs clearance and home delivery. The Delivery was no fuss and as promised.
This was my second experience working with Tippet Richardson and both times have been excellent! From the initial call for information right though to move day, the process has been as stressless as a move can possibly be. The sales consultant, the move manager and then the entire move team were professional, courteous and made me feel very secure in the fact that I was in good hands.
