I had an international relocation to Canada which was handled by Tippet Richardson. I always got a prompt assistance and resolution of my queries. In particular, Emeril was always available whenever I called and kept me abreast with the various phases of the delivery cycle, right from the shipment landing at Canada port to coordinating the final customs clearance and home delivery. The Delivery was no fuss and as promised.

This was my second experience working with Tippet Richardson and both times have been excellent! From the initial call for information right though to move day, the process has been as stressless as a move can possibly be. The sales consultant, the move manager and then the entire move team were professional, courteous and made me feel very secure in the fact that I was in good hands. I highly recommend Tippet Richardson if you are contemplating any type of relocate. Thanks!

Efficient packers/unpackers, friendly/polite movers. Some boxes mixed up or mislabelled but Head office (Sara) very responsive during the move.

We could not be more pleased with the professionalism of every individual involved in our recent pack and move. Everyone from the coordinator to the moving crew were fantastic. Communication was seamless and timely. The crew took care in the home to protect things appropriately. They were extremely efficient and professional.
