Understanding that under promising and over delivering is not the norm, I was pleasantly surprised when this happen with me at the Tippy Boat Company. After explaining the alarms and issues I was having with my pontoon, Sam clearly provided me with the probable cause, cost and lead-time. I asked if the lead time could be improved upon and the expectation was communicated that it was not an option but they would improve if they could.
