Tippecanoe Boat Company does not prioritize customer service or endeavor to make their mistakes right. Our family visits the area once a year around the 4th of July to stay on Dewart Lake which is only 5 miles from Tippecanoe Lake. Due to the high rental demand during the summer, we reserved a boat 4 months before our trip to assure availability. With this reservation we also scheduled boat delivery to Dewart Lake. We have rented a boat from Tippecanoe Boat Company at least once a year. The whole team has been nothing but helpful. And, we have had a fantastic experience every single time.
Good value and great service on our full-day boat rental. Sam and the whole team were terrific. They'll make you feel at ease behind the wheel. Our rental was, as expected, "well worn," but mechanically, everything was in excellent condition and the vessel was clean, fueled and ready to go. Lake Tippecanoe is a nice size for a day-long excursion. Hope for favorable weather and have a great time!
Great experience renting a pontoon for the day. Friendly and helpful staff, we'll be back later in the summer.
