They take an eternity to do a simple oil change and send unsolicited letters offering to buy vehicles.
they’re real quick to sell you cars almost jumping through hoops of fire if they could to get you into a vehicle, but then the horror starts there service department is horrible, always backed up. They had my daughters 2025 trax for a week with A/c issues cause it has shut off twice on the road. They couldn’t figure it out and they wanted to charge me for the diagnostic that they didn’t figure out. That service guy Rigo try’s to play the nice guy but doesn’t care about customers.
