I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the team at Tipotex Chevrolet. During the purchase process, the sales administration made explicit verbal promises regarding what was covered and how the vehicle's issues would be handled. Unfortunately, once I looked closely at the final contract, the written terms completely contradicted what I was told face to face. Over the years, my family and I have purchased vehicles here with Ruben or Rolando. Both have always provided amazing customer service and have been great to work with. Recently, while Rolando was out of town, a salesman named Mario assisted me. We communicated through text using information Rolando had shared with him, along with additional information I provided.
