Service advisor Ernesto has horrible customer service skills. My car has been there twice in 1 week for same issue (CHECK ENGINE AND REDUCED POWER LIGHT). And just came on Again 1 week later. Never returns calls and avoids you when you're waiting for vehicle. Asked both times for a loaner but never any available. Going back 3rd time for same code.
My thanks to Miguel Mireles in the service department, My Tahoe starting acting up while on Vacation to South Padre island, like the engine was struggling or loss of power. They were busy but got it seen the following day, diagnosed with a bad starter, and got me back on the road before our vacation ended. Thanks, Again!!
