Awesome spot...gave me THE MOST delish chocolate cake on my bday! �� Cash only. Friendly staff, great food,daily specials, dhappy hr drinks! I went to the original TipTop, no longer a dive, tho ol place was imstitution! Open mic is LOUD su days so beware. No patio after 10pm.
