RecommendedHuge thank you to Dustin for the awesome tattoo he did for me after I lost my dad. He is personable, gives you what you’re looking for and his work is amazing. His line work is impeccable. Can’t wait to get more work done by him! While getting my tattoo I overheard Kyle with customers looking to get piercings. He took his time to explain the process and educated them on proper after care!
if you want expert advise on piercings Kyle is the go to person as he did both of my daith's & I'll be back soon for Dustin to fix my thigh tattoo.

Kyle is an amazing piercer! He made sure I was comfortable with both my tongue and nipple piercings. as well as the placement of them before the actual piercing took place. He made sure I had all the after care I needed, he’s very professional and very friendly as well. 10/10 experience as always. Thank you Tip Top Tattoo. & thank you Kyle for an amazing piercing.
Kyle is a GREAT piercer! Hes very nice and professional! Plus the piercings are cheap compared to other places.
My fiancé and I wanted a tattoo and decided to go to the next tattoo shop we saw. We were so lucky to find Tip Top Tattoo. The guys at Tip Top Tattoo were so helpful and they really take the time to make sure you get what you want and more. I would definitely recommend this shop and will come back when we’re down in Port Richey, Fl again.
